Monthly Community Luncheon
The second Wednesday of every month YMCA Safe Place Services invites anyone who would like to learn more about our services and programs to lunch. The program begins at noon and lasts one hour. 21st Annual Safe Place Turf Classic
The 21st Annual YMCA Safe Place Services Turf Classic will be held on Friday, June 7th, 2-6:30pm. This event is truly one of a kind - Churchill Downs hosts a day at the races with a twist: the favorite race of the day is run by Humans!
They compete for the winning trophy by running seven furlongs (7/8 of a mile) on the turf track. The day also includes a great silent auction and celebration in the beautiful Triple Crown Room and Jockey Club Suites.
